Our new recovery area at The Base 2.0 was built to be a full reset zone — designed to help you recover, recharge, and regulate. Tucked into our outdoor space, it combines heat, cold, and relaxation in one private setting, with an outdoor shower and bathroom to complete the experience. Whether you’re finishing a hard training session or just need to reset your nervous system, this is where the work gets absorbed.

Cold Plunge + Hot Tub
The cold plunge and hot tub create the ultimate contrast therapy setup. The cold plunge helps reduce inflammation, sharpen focus, and strengthen your nervous system, while the hot tub promotes blood flow, relaxation, and muscle recovery. Together, they create a powerful cycle of stress and release — helping you recover faster and feel better, both physically and mentally.

Sauna
Our outdoor sauna is built for deep heat therapy — helping improve circulation, loosen tight muscles, flush stress, and support recovery. It’s the perfect place to decompress after training, increase mobility, and create space to slow down. Heat exposure also helps build resilience, improve cardiovascular health, and leave you feeling grounded.
